After start Play button, go to YouTube's Closed Captioned feature (the triangle at the bottom right) and turn on closed captioning to read in more than 40 languages.
At the left of CC or the symbol with two horizontal lines, choose Translate... BETA to select your subtitles language.
ATTENTION: Turning off captions shows English subtitles only one time, the animated, karaoke-style captions to reach the global audience of 2 Billion second language English viewers.
